Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Axxa order. If something isn't right, we've made it easy to sort out.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or final sale items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your item for a different size within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Refund Options
Once your return is received and approved, you can choose from:
- Exchange for a different size
- Store credit (never expires, valid on any future order)
- Full refund to your original payment method
How to Return or Exchange
- Email axel@axxagolf.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll reply within 1 business days with instructions
- Pack the item securely and post it back to us
- Once received, we'll process your request within 5 business days
Shipping Costs
There is no shipping cost for a return. We will send you a shipping label that you will need to print and bring to your nearest post office.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us at axel@axxagolf.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free return and full resolution.
